This session runs two nights per week from Nov. 21st through Youth State.
- Wednesday 5:00 – 6:00 p.m and Sunday 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
- 3rd Grade and below
- practice twice a week for one hour
- a dynamic warm up, tumbling, isometric strength exercises, wrestling technique, live wrestling and games
- practices will be run at a high pace to keep kids focused and engaged
